<Presentation Devices>
The Local Organizing Committee will provide one PC slide projector and laptop computer. OHP and slides cannot be used. The OS is Window XPR and the presentation software is MicrosoftR PowerPoint 2000/2003R. Prepare your presentation using PowerPoint 2000/2003R, save in an USB memory or CD-ROM and hand it to the Media-Check Counter, near the registration desk, for a compatibility check. If you want to use other software or a Macintosh, please bring your own laptop computer. In that case, please let the Secretariat know that you will bring your own laptop to the venue
by September 15. Note that only a Mini D-Sub15 pin is available for connection.

<Registration for Presentations>

Registration of the presentation should be made at least 1 hour before the start of the session (NOT your presentation time). Only for morning symposium, registration may be made by 30 min before the start of the symposium. Speakers should register at the Media-Check Counter. Copy your file into the PC and check that it works properly. After the presentation, the copied file will be destroyed by the Secretariat.

Poster Presentation Form

Please make posters as per the following example.

 

Instruction for Poster Presentation

Poster boards are 90 cm wide and 140 cm high. Please prepare a banner (90 cm wide and 20 cm high) for the top of the poster indicating the title, author(s), and affiliation(s), and photo of the presenting author. The Secretariat will prepare the subject name and number.
Please post your materials on the designated board shortly after you reach the venue and leave them in place until the end of the Congress.
The Exhibition Hall is located on the first floor, and will be opened from 17:00 on September 21. Pushpins will be provided in the area.
The presenting author should be at the board during the assigned core discussion time of each session. The core time for each session will be announced at the end of June.
Please do not write or paint on the poster boards. Blackboards will be available in the area for use during discussions. Note that projection equipment will not be provided in the poster session area.
Materials must be removed by 16:00 on September 26. After that, the Secretariat will remove and throw away the materials.
